EFFICIENT AIR CLEANING
Cyclone dust collector purifies the air stream from the dust fraction larger than 15 microns.
Cyclone dust collector does not require connection to an exhaust ventilation system — the purified air returns to the room.

TWO TYPES OF HOSES
Two types of hoses can be connected to the cyclone dust collector:
A transparent hose Ø 200 mm allows visually control the amount of dust fraction of the material.
Two rollers with brakes are provided for moving the cyclone dust collector. Quick disassembly of the dust collector ensures easy cleaning. Additional shutter dampers are used to adjust the air flow.
CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR WITH HOOD
Cyclone dust collector can be equipped with a hood for local exhaust in the areas of material loading or unloading.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
The structure of Cyclone dust collector includes: a fan, a cyclone with a shutter, a frame and a bag filter. To move the dust collector rollers with brakes are provided. For use as a local exhaust unit, the dust collector can be equipped with an adjustable hood.
When the fan is turned on, an air stream is created that draws in air with a dusty fraction of the material. The flow passes through the hose, fan and enters the cyclone. Large particles of material are deposited in the cyclone. Fine particles of material are deposited in the bag filter.
