Cyclone dust collector purifies the air stream from the dust fraction larger than 15 microns.

SYSTEM AUTONOMY

Cyclone dust collector does not require connection to an exhaust ventilation system — the purified air returns to the room.

MATERIAL SEPARATION

Cyclone dust collector has two zones of material particle deposition:

large particles accumulate in the cyclone and can periodically be unloaded through the shutter;
fine particles accumulate in the replaceable bag filter.

TWO TYPES OF HOSES

Two types of hoses can be connected to the cyclone dust collector:

Ø 70 mm for DRC 200x125, HM 2x2, JC 6M, JC 10M, JC 15;
Ø 200 mm for HM 5x2, HM 5x5 and CM 250.

A transparent hose Ø 200 mm allows visually control the amount of dust fraction of the material.

EASY MAINTENANCE

Two rollers with brakes are provided for moving the cyclone dust collector. Quick disassembly of the dust collector ensures easy cleaning. Additional shutter dampers are used to adjust the air flow.

CYCLONE DUST COLLECTOR WITH HOOD

Cyclone dust collector can be equipped with a hood for local exhaust in the areas of material loading or unloading.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE

The structure of Cyclone dust collector includes: a fan, a cyclone with a shutter, a frame and a bag filter. To move the dust collector rollers with brakes are provided. For use as a local exhaust unit, the dust collector can be equipped with an adjustable hood.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

When the fan is turned on, an air stream is created that draws in air with a dusty fraction of the material. The flow passes through the hose, fan and enters the cyclone. Large particles of material are deposited in the cyclone. Fine particles of material are deposited in the bag filter.

Reducing of dust during comminution;
Improving comminution performance;
Cooling the working chamber of equipment connected;
Pneumatic conveying of the material;
Separation of material particles by size.
