ADVANTAGES

EFFECTIVE SIEVING

The vibration drive platform performs high-frequency reciprocating helical oscillations, which provides a spiral-shaped trajectory of particles along the sieving surface — from the center to the periphery of the sieve.

DIVISION INTO 9 CLASSES OF PARTICLE SIZE

Installation on a vibratory drive up to 10 screens allows dividing the sample into 11 classes of size.

LOW NOISE

Elastic drive elements and rubber shock absorbers provide a low noise level. The seal of the sieve fastener and the platform, as well as the sealing rings of the sieves exclude collisions of the sieves, provide a tight connection of the column of sieves and the convenience of its disassembly.

EASY OPERATING

S 12 Sieve shaker provides easy installation of the sieve column on the vibration drive platform. For moving the analyzer two handles in the vibration drive case are provided.

VARIOUS SIEVING MODES

S 12 Sieve shaker can be formed on the basis of three types of vibration drives:

UKS BASIC SIEVE FASTENER

  • In the cross-arm of the UKS there are two guide bushings that reduce the likelihood of its distortion;
  • UKS knobs have beveled threads, which eliminate the need to scroll the knobs along the threaded rods and reduces the time of fixing the sieve column;
  • A seal is applied to the bottom surface of the cross-arm to ensure that the sieve column is held tight.

UKS-M MODERNIZED SIEVE FASTENER

  • In UKS-M one knob instead of two is used, which reduces the time of fixing the sieve column;
  • UKS-M can be operated with one hand;
  • The possibility of fixing the UKS-M cross-arm at any height reduces the installation time of the sieve column.

HIGH SIEVING PERFORMANCE

The use of intermediate trays allows sieving up to four samples at a time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE

The Sieve shaker includes: a vibration drive, a sieving part (consisting of a set of sieves complete with cover and tray) and a sieve fastener.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The material to be sieved is loaded onto the upper sieve, after which the set of sieves is fixed on the platform of the vibration drive using UKS. When turned on, vibration drive platform performs high-frequency reciprocating helical oscillations, which provides a spiral-shaped trajectory of particles along the sieving surface — from the center to the periphery of the sieve. Moreover, the path traveled by the particles significantly exceeds the diameter of the sieve, which increases the efficiency of sieving. The oscillation frequency is equal to the frequency of rotation of the electric motors, and the amplitude of the oscillations depends on quantity and weight of sieves with material.

Particles of material which are smaller than the size of the sells / apertures in the sieving surface of the upper sieve fall through on the next sieve, where the cycle repeats. As a result, the sample is distributed between the sieves and the tray in accordance with the fractional content. At the end of the sieving process, the contents of each sieve are weighed and the particle size distribution of the sample is determined.
