SIMULTANEOUS CRUSHING AND REDUCTION
The combination of JC 15 jaw crusher and Rotating sample divider into a single technological complex eliminates the stage of sample overload, which reduces dusting and increases productivity.
The «tooth- trough» jaws combination provides high crushing performance.
Crushing grains of material from 110 to 1 mm in one pass (90%). Equipping with a 5.5 kW electric motor, as well as a flywheel and a pulley of increased weight, allows crushing materials up to 7 Mohs hardness.
The use of a shear pin in the mechanism for adjusting the gap between the jaws protects the crusher mechanism from breaking if an unbreakable body enters.
ACCURACY OF REDUCTION
Constant speed of the divider nozzle rotation ensures accurate reduction.
The rotating elements of the divider are covered by casing. The end switches exclude start-up of the crusher / divider without a loading hopper / with the cover open. The Jaw crusher has an emergency stop button for quick shutdown.
ADJUSTABLE DEGREE OF REDUCTION
Tray with a movable partition provides a smooth adjustment of the degree of reduction from 10% to 1% of the total sample volume.
The trays are designed to collect a reduced sample and the rest of the sample is collected in the receiving bin. Placing the receiving bin on the trolley provides the convenience of unloading sample residues.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVICE
The aggregate consists of two parts: Jaw crusher and Rotating sample divider. The crusher is mounted on the top plate of the divider. Crushed material flows from the crusher to the divider through the discharge funnel.
The structure of the Rotating sample divider includes a frame, a plate, a gear motor, a rotating nozzle, trays and a receiving bin. The gear motor transmits rotation to the nozzle through which the sample enters the trays. The trays are designed to collect a reduced sample and the rest of the sample is collected in the receiving bin. Placing the receiving tank on the trolley provides the convenience of unloading sample residues.
The sample is comminuted in the Jaw crusher, and then passes through the discharge funnel to the rotating nozzle of the divider. The product is unloaded into the installed trays and the receiving tank. After the crushing and reduction processes are completed, the cover of the divider can be opened and the trays with reduced sample can be removed.
Since the speed of the nozzle rotation is constant, the sample is dividing between the trays and receiving bin in proportion to their size. One or several trays can be installed in the sampler depending on the technological task being solved.
