VIBROTECHNIK mobile laboratory in South Africa

In cooperation with Mineral Innovative Technologies (Pty) Ltd, the official distributor of VIBROTECHNIK in southern Africa, a project was launched to demonstrate products to potential buyers using a mobile laboratory. The laboratory was created on the basis of a trailer and equipped with a set of VIBROTECHNIK equipment for sample preparation. The main target audience of the project is mining enterprises, which have determined the choice of equipment to be installed:

• Jaw crusher JC 10M;
• Rotating sample divider RSDM with Vibraory feeder VF 1;
• Hammer crusher HC 2х2;
• Disc grinder DG 175M;
• Vibrating grinder VG 3M;
• Vibrating grinder VG 1;
• Riffle sample splitter RSS 15;
• Sieve Shaker S 20 based on Vibration drive VD 30T.

The trailer can be transformed from a transport to a demonstration state in a matter of minutes and is equipped with an inverter unit that allows demonstrating the equipment in operation.

VIBROTECHNIK equipment has already been successfully used on the African continent at the enterprises of international corporations and the largest regional mining companies: Anglo American, Glencore, Bauba Platinum, Cataler, Rob 5 Milling and many others.
